HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Direct support. A clear next step.

Start with a free initial consultation. Discuss your goals, current advertising and budget, then agree on the kind of support you need: management, an account audit, or consulting.

Start with the right scope

1. A free initial consultation

Discuss your services, customers, geography, advertising budget and the problem you want to solve. This is an introductory conversation, not a detailed account audit.

2. Choose your support

Agree on management, a paid audit, consulting or a website project. Jim confirms the deliverables, fees and start date before work begins.

3. Prepare access & information

Provide the required account permissions, website details and approved business information. Use platform invitations rather than sending passwords.

Know what you are paying for

Google Ads management starts at $500/month and is based on monthly ad spend. Your management fee is separate from the advertising budget you pay directly to Google.

New account or campaign setup is $750–$1,250 one time, with complex multi-campaign work at $1,250–$1,500+. Existing-account audits start at $500. Consulting is $150/hour or $300/month for two hours.

From review to ongoing improvement

Setup or account review

Jim reviews the starting point and works through the agreed scope. New campaign work may require your service areas, offer, landing pages, existing business verification and billing readiness. Timelines depend on account access and the work required.

Launch, monitor and discuss

For management, Jim monitors the account and reviews campaign performance and useful lead feedback with you. Advertising changes are guided by the budget, available data and the needs of your business.

Keep ownership and clarity

Your business pays Google directly for ad spend. Work takes place through agreed account access. Monthly management is month-to-month with no long-term contract required; management is billed monthly in advance.

Setup fees and the first month’s management fee are paid upfront. If your needs change, discuss the next scope and billing period with Jim.

Questions before you start

What should I bring to the first conversation?

Your website, services, target locations, current monthly ad spend and the questions you want answered. If you already advertise, describe what is working and what concerns you.

How quickly can work start?

Jim confirms availability and a start date after the scope, payment and required access are in place. No fixed start or launch timeframe is promised here.

Can I start with an audit or a single consulting session?

Yes. You can choose a one-time audit or hourly consulting without committing to monthly management.
